Want a Quickie? Today 12.29.12

“Quickies”

(All “Quickies” are photos taken and posted the same day)
These photos were taken this morning at the Gardens at Waters East. - - 12. 29.12
There was more than six inches of snow during the night and early this morning.  Notice all the wonderful patterns formed by the snow on plants, sculptures, and stone.   - - -   A feast for the eyes in design.

  2. A real beautiful "quicky" today. The snow looks so fresh, clean and virginal. Hope we get this winter some snow too, sometimes we have winters without any snow.
Wish you all the best for 2013 and a very good gardening year!

  4. I see several that would make stunning Christmas cards! And thank you for identifying the Barberry; I saw it numerous times during the fall and had no idea what it was!
    Happy New Year!

  5. There is something about the Asian Patio Garden that draws one in just as one wants to step into some paintings. All the nuances that are part of a much larger picture are so "big" in themselves. Awesome. Your pictures always are!
