What's Left?

Over the last couple of days, Gardens at Waters East has cut back many of the perennials throughout the thirteen garden rooms.  Sure was lots of work, lots of work.  Now that it is finished two things stand out:  1. The gardens look so much smaller without all the flowers here and there.  2. The remaining bushes have beautiful colors that were hidden by all the tall perennials and now have a chance to come into their own.  Some beautiful Fall colors.

Here are a few of the photos taken as the gardens were being cut down for the Winter season.  If you want to see more of what was here only a few short weeks ago, look at any of the Blog Shots posted in past archives.
