Seasonal Contrast in the - Gardens at Waters East
Postings in this ongoing series
will show the same garden “area” and “objects” at two or more
different times / seasons of the year.
The contrast will offer the viewer an appreciation of the beauty found
in the same spot but in different months.
Some of the photos have never been seen before, others were collected
from earlier postings in order to provide the needed contrast. Each season has its own “feeling”, has
its own beauty.

A very cool timeline and always something to look at during any time of the year. The early Summer photo is my personal favorite.
ReplyDeleteI don't know whether you are lucky or not to have such distinct seasons, we don't really get that here. The snow shot is so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIt is very interesting to see the same place, in different seasons.
ReplyDeleteThe garden but also the sky, the clouds, change at any time.
Tomorrow my son comes back from Detroit. He told me that it is very cold, with wind and snow.
As usual, beautiful! The daylilys in my mom's bed are coming up! Hopefully some pictures of blooms before we return to WI!

These were fascinating! What interesting perspective, although I must admit, I find no beauty in January.
ReplyDeleteThe gardens in spring summer and fall are gorgeous!
Very interesting pictures, it's nice to see same place in different seasons. All of them are beautiful, but especially the fall picture.
ReplyDeleteFascinating photos, seeing the same place through the year. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteNice timeline. A garden is meant to be enjoyed as it changes thoughout the seasons and you have shown that well.
ReplyDeleteQue lugar tan bello,yo guardo en mi memoria horizontes y espacios de mi viaje por Estados unidos com un tesoro que la vida me regaló!
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo
The photos are so pretty as well as their subject, I think I will do my very own seasonal contrast garden photo.
