These photos were taken this morning at the Gardens at Waters East. - - 5.19.14.  Out working in the gardens today and thought might be nice to share a few of the Spring flower that finally are blooming here on the shores of Lake Michigan – about time!!!

  5. Beautiful photos today, I love the tulipa tarda, I can´t find it in my country, and I still don´t know if it would fit our conditions. But it´s worth a try. The Daffodils are long gone in my garden now, and Pasque Flowers are over since April, but it´s always good to remember those sping flowers...

  6. I think that it´s not scilla peruviana what you have there, it wouldn't be hardy to your climate. It might be scilla siberica...
