Want a "Quickie" ? Today 1.2.17

Every sunrise here at the lake is interesting – and so often - different.  Today is no exception.  As the sun looked like it was already up above the horizon – it was not.  The reflection in the clouds of the soon-to-be sunrise made it look like it was up a full good ten minutes before it broke the horizon at the lake.  Interest illusion – as if there were multiple suns rising this early morning as we move into 2017.

Hope the photos help to capture what was truly an interesting illusion today.
Enjoy

 I think I see it - -

There it is - THE SUN - finally

And now - there are four or more - interesting.

 Beautiful colors!
