  1. LOVE that locus red!!! :) Happy Mardi Gras!!!!

  2. Lovely pictures! They made my day! Thank you for your message at my blog the other day. You're a very wise man. I am going through some really tough times at work at the moment, and your words made me think. Today I tried to see those angry people with other eyes, and to think that thay are really hurt made it easier. So thanks again! I wish you a lovely Valentine's day!

  3. Isn't is amazing how many shades of red there are and how they all look different in photos? Thanks for the photos. Hope you have a great Valentine's Day!!

  4. A lovely red post, happy valentines day to you my friend.

  5. Jack, your garden is always great! but dressed in red, is spectacular!
Especially that ivy on driftwood ... I love it!
    Greetings from Spain.

  6. I love red flowers too, your pictures are great, and your Daylily - Locus Red is awesome!
    Have a nice day/Hans

  7. Lovely pictures. Lots of red flowers and plants. The nature there looks a little like here in Finland.

  8. Great red ... hephaestion.
But in my opinion the best red is on the Engleman Ivy.

Are you sure that "Privet berries" are privet and not Berberis ottawensis?

  9. My goodness you have a little bit of "red-rything" in here and it made me grin at such variety! .. I have Engleman ivy at both ends of the lattice work of our deck and it does glow an impressive red burgundy in Autumn.
Love all the different flowers and shrubs .. fantastic mix for a Valentine's fix ! haha
    Joy : )

  10. PS !! I forgot to say wow ! on the sky pictures .. I haven't seen our skies in "colour" for so long I forgot how wonderful they could look but yours reminded me of that : )
