  1. Hi Jack. Your garden is so beautiful and the view of Lake Michigan is incredible.
If you have some problem with the Google translation in my Blog, try to open the comments on a post, and the translation program will open. I don´t know why it is like this.
    Have a nice day/ Hans

  2. The garden is looking really great. And the view... I am certainly jealous. Would the metal sculptures be one of yours?

  3. What a colourful garden you have now! And what a big difference between last month's and current landscape! Even if I'm an admirer of your winter garden...

  4. What great blog shots. The bumble bee and the lake gulls pictures are superb.

  5. Hi Jack. I'm sorry that the translation don´t works yet. I have tried to add another translation program to my Blog, hope it works better now.
If that does not work, copy the URL for my blog and paste into Google and search. Where we can usually translate the whole blog. Thats the way I do when I read a blog in Portuguese.
    Hope it works.
Storms in our area are very rare, we were not prepared for it. I do not think it stormed so in 100 years before in this area.
Today it is a really hot day here in nothern Sweden, +30 celcius.
    Have a nice day.

  6. Hi Jack: Just looking at your photos caused me to sigh and my blood pressure to drop (not that it's terribly high to start with). I know how peaceful the Lake Michigan landscape is, and your flowers and gardens are perfect for the setting. Wonderful getaway destination when it's too hot inland!

  7. Lovely pictures! That poppy bed looks really great. I am going to try and sow some corn poppies for next year.

  8. Very beautiful photos! love those stone steps. It must be great to see that every day

  9. Hi Jack, what a gorgeous garden you have to escape in. Your pic's are beautiful, especially the magnolia with that stunning cloud swept!! I also wanted to thank you for stopping by my blog last week for my WW post, nothing like vacationing on the Oregon coast to bring out the lazy blogger...thank you for your visit! Cheers Julia

  10. I love the stone steps...something about steps in a garden...wonderful shots and the garden is blooming beautifully
