The posting today is of the day
lilies that were hybridized in 2007 and first bloomed in 2010. (If interested: look back into the
archives for January 5-6-7, 2011 to view many of them the first time they
bloomed in 2010). This Summer they
bloomed even better than ever. The
colors were more pronounced, larger flowers, multiple blooms. There were even some that bloomed for
the first time this June.
All these plants are “one
of a kind” hybridized here in the Gardens
at Waters East. Dozens of
these plants have been given away this Summer as gifts of appreciation to
friends and neighbors. If you are
in the area, make contact through email – and you too are welcome to take a selected
plant home to your garden.
Lots of photos to view – enjoy
them all.
