In Your Face #18 - PASQUE Flower

In Your Face!!!

Me, me, me. Look at me. No, look at me. Better yet, skip all those and look at me! Walking through the Gardens at Waters East, one almost hears this constant refrain. Every plant wants attention. Every bloom is screaming – “I’m so beautiful just look at me!” In many cases they are right. Checkout the detail of this garden resident – Pasque Flower.

Self centered though they may be, the flowers do make you stop and stare. They seem to be doing “their thing” just for you. So why not indulge them for a few moments while walking the paths.

June 2020 Part #3

PART #3

As is the case for most months of the year, in June I took more photographs than I could ever publish! This June, more than 400. So, what I will do is publish a few of them in a three-part series. That way, you can pick and choose how many postings for the month you want to view. That only leaves about 350+ photographs in the files to be used another day – hahaha!

Want a "Quickie" ? Today

All “Quickies” are taken and posted the same day. Here are a few photos from this morning. The blueberries are at the point of – eating yum yum. Some of the day lilies that I have hybridized here at the gardens are starting to bloom. Here are the first of those day lilies. Hope you enjoy as much as I did as I walked around the gardens after the rain this morning.
