Very nice
ReplyDeleteThanks. The late Spring flowers are now doing their best and soon the summer ones will too. Glad you had a nice visit.
DeleteExquisite garden photos
ReplyDeleteI try my best. The subject matter is so good it is hard not to have decent photos!
DeleteLoveliness, pure loveliness. Have you seen any monarchs yet this year? I saw my first two just today at the nearby state park. :)
ReplyDeleteSaw my first one yesterday the 23rd. It was in the open field area of the gardens. One year we raised a number of them from the eggs on the milkweed to full flying and then released them - don't know if they made it to MEXICO.
DeleteBonitas imágenes, muy representativas de la primavera, llenas de color.
ReplyDeleteSaludos.
Yes the colors of Spring are now happening. I love it after the long winter. Always nice to see your comments.
DeleteLovely photos! Whats the name of that orange-black butterfly?
ReplyDeleteAnna, the butterfly is a Monarch. It migrates from Mexico doing four generations in one season to get this far North. Then the last generation flys all the way back to the same part of Mexico never having been there before. It is a very interesting migration pattern. Lots of programs about that butterfly. We have raised some and released them back on their way South to Mexico.
