Fall "cleanup" 2021

 Fall “cleanup”

It is once again that time of year to prepare the gardens for the Winter season.  Always a lot of work these weeks with trimming, cutting, raking, plant moving, etc.  and plenty will be left for Spring too!

Here are a few photos of some of the work done to date. Though it is work, no doubt all you gardeners know that already, it is nice being outside with great weather and great views. It makes all the work easier to handle.

Every year I keep the milkweed seed
so that I continue to build the gardens
as a butterfly feeding station.

This phlox is blooming yet on November 4, 2021
